Spacious villa that is perfect if there are many in the family or two families.

The house is spread over one and a half floors, where on the entrance floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a functional and good kitchen, and a cozy living room. From here you have access to the terrace where you can sit and socialize during warm summer evenings. On the upper level you will find a common room, a toilet and two bedrooms with double beds. Large plot for ball games and other activities.

During spring and autumn, the house is heated with a heat pump, while in summer there are independent elements for heating.


To see and do in Löttorp and the surrounding area

A stone's throw away from the house you will find Åkerbobadet which has a 12.5 meter long indoor pool and a 25 meter long outdoor pool. There is also an outdoor children's pool, sauna and paddle courts. In the surrounding area there is a grocery store, the fine delicatessen shop Rosa's trade, shopping shops and a number of good restaurants such as KALK Kök & Bar which is around the corner and the popular Restaurant Lammet & Grisen. You can also take a trip to Lådbilslandet or the famous beach Böda which has a fantastic fine sandy beach, restaurants and a large water park.

Up north, you can visit Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the boathouses down by the harbor with shops and flea markets or enjoy a good meal in one of the many restaurants. Also, don't miss visiting Byrum to experience the beaches and the fine beaches. A visit to Borgholm is also recommended. Öland has lots of attractions, fine sandy beaches, and shops to discover. Bed linen and towels are not available in the house – please bring your own.
Final cleaning is not included so you need to clean the house before departure.
Electricity is included in the price.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
