It is designed with relaxed living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

Three bedrooms feature two single beds, and one has a double bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Please, take into consideration that the terrace of the property is shared.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Beyond its 16 sunny beaches (closest one 350 mts from the property), this Andalusian city on the shores of the Mediterranean has a fascinating cultural side. And the birthplace of Pablo Picasso has reinvented itself in recent years, inaugurating museums for all tastes.

If we take the combination of culture and the sea and add a lively atmosphere, numerous tapas served in bars, cutting-edge neighbourhoods like Soho, areas like the port that have transformed and become more modern, and monuments with centuries of history, the result is a city full of passion that anyone would want to explore. If everyone says Malaga is prettier than ever, it must be true.

Real Club El Candado is 15´walking form the property. Perfect stay if you want to have a day playing golf, swimming in the pool

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Carretera de Almería - Edif. Bahía (lines 3, 8, 11, 29, N1), is just a 2-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
