Our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Roath Park is the perfect choice for families or groups looking for comfortable and inviting accommodation.

Roath Park Lake is just a 2-minute walk from the house where you can enjoy a leisurely waterside walk.
The house is recently refurbished and offers modern amenities and a fresh, updated look.

The accommodation features 5 bedrooms

GROUND FLOOR - 1 king bedroom, shower room and WC, Kitchen, dining and living room, garden.


FIRST FLOOR - 1 king bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a common bathroom

SECOND FLOOR - An open plan double room. (Please note this bedroom is directly accessible from the stairs that lead from the first floor and does not have a partiton or door.)

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.


The property consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining living space with a fully glazed floor to ceiling window with double doors to a patio area and artificial grassed garden providing ample space to relax and socialise.

You will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the whole property.

We are professional hosts and can be reached by phone if you need help during your stay.

A complimentary Welcome Pack offers a selection of essentials to help you settle in and feel right at home when you arrive.

For stays over seven nights, a weekly mid-stay clean will be required (charged at the same price as the cleaning fee). This will include a complete change of bed linen, towels and general cleaning. We will contact you to arrange a suitable schedule.

We use noise monitoring devices across all our properties. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot record or listen to any activity in the property. To avoid disturbance and parties on our premises, we have our Quiet Time rule and are alerted only if it's too noisy. You'd agree everyone deserves a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep when they stay with us.

Staying Weekly or Monthly, we're always happy to discount our standard rates. Contact us to discuss your stay.
Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am daily, including weekends.
No commercial activities are permitted at this property.
The age restriction for lead guest is 24 years.
We will take a copy of your Photo ID and a Check-In signature on arrival.
We may require a Security Deposit before check-in at our discretion.
