Dimora Emilia is a vacation home located inside a Salento courtyard in the historic center of Alessano, a charming village in the Cape of Leuca, rich in historical and archaeological remains.
An ancient gateway opens the passage to the courtyard with characteristic staircase leading to the 1st floor where the residence is located.
Internally, the spaces of dimora Emilia are arranged as follows: living area with armchairs, sofas and TV for relaxing moments, living room with kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms, one double with private bathroom and one quadruple in a loft (2 double beds).
The house accommodates 6 guests and is equipped with air conditioning and washing machine.
The location of the house is central to all village services: market, bar, tobacco shop, pharmacy, bank, etc.
📍Alessano has a strategic position with respect to the two sides of Puglia: the Ionian side with the long sandy stretches and the Adriatic side with the fascinating cliffs and wild landscapes.
Nearby, the most renowned tourist points of interest are definitely: the beaches of Pescoluse as "The Maldives of Salento" reachable in about 15 minutes by car; the bathing establishments of Lido Marini and Torre Vado; Santa Maria di Leuca, the Ciolo Bridge, Tricase Porto, the natural pools of Marina Serra and Castro, the beaches and the town of Otranto.
