Modern and elegant, it offers a double bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, two terraces with sea view equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrella, dining table and above all the JACUZZI, designed for all those who want to experience a totally relaxing holiday.

SUITE:
With a breathtaking view of the sea, it creates a romantic and atmospheric atmosphere.
The bed is Queen-Size, comfortable and cosy for a restorative sleep. Equipped with a high-quality mattress and soft bedding, it guarantees optimal comfort for a deep and restorative sleep.
You will have a convenient wardrobe and a functional chest of drawers where you can store your clothes.

LIVING ROOM:
Equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a 50-inch TV and a powerful stereo system, offering you a unique cinema experience. You can immerse yourself in an enveloping atmosphere and enjoy your favourite films as if you were at the cinema, you can enjoy movies, TV series and music with crisp sound and exceptional viewing.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen equipped with a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, fully equipped to prepare your favourite meals, with all the necessary utensils and appliances.

BATHROOM:
Our bathroom is designed to offer you comfort and functionality during your stay. Equipped with a large shower stall, you can relax and rejuvenate with a rejuvenating shower after a day spent at the beach or exploring the area. We will also provide you with a welcome kit with personal care essentials, ensuring that you have everything you need to start your stay in the best possible way. Our attention to detail and care for your comfort will make your time in the bathroom a pleasant and refreshing moment.

TWO OUTDOOR TERRACES:
You can enjoy your meals either in the indoor dining area or on the two outdoor terraces, which offer beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. Whether it is a relaxing breakfast or a romantic al fresco dinner, our terraces are the ideal place to enjoy your meals in total serenity, plus you can enjoy the Jacuzzi in any season.

The check-in phase will be carried out in complete autonomy thanks to a self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions for accessing the flat and for registering your identity card or passport (which must be done no later than 24 hours from the time of check-in, as required by Italian law). Similarly, upon check-out, you will be able to leave the flat independently.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest.
