Guest access
Guests have full access to all amenities in the apartment. With contactless check-in and an electronic key, late arrivals are a breeze. Just a heads-up: our building doesn't have an elevator – think of it as our free, daily leg-toning exercise!
Other things to note
For stays of a month or longer, please note that you will need to sign a lease contract. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. The internet is complementary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
