Beautiful, Large, Fully Remodeled Villa

The property is located on a hillside outside the city of Alghero, with gorgeous views of the bay, and also located next to an excellent archaeological site and near the national park with amazing hiking. The villa is extremely spacious with large bedrooms, plenty of closet space, and is fully remodeled with new appliances & air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is excellent, and the beds were very comfortable; our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained.

Objekt in ruhiger Lage mit persönlicher Betreuung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen, eingewiesen und erhielten als Begrüßung eine Flasche selbst erzeugten Rotwein. Wir haben uns mit zwei Paaren sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und ruhig gelegen. Auch bei Hitze und Regen gibt es genügend Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Gute Lage zum Strand und mit dem PKW ist Alghero gut zu erreichen. Zu empfehlendes Objekt in dieser Kategorie.

Entsprach den Erwartungen. Kein Luxus, aber alles ordentlich und sauber. Gut: Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Gewöhnungsbedürftig: Kein Licht über dem Herd! Gut gelegen zu den schönen Stränden! Kein Pool! Eine Aussendusche wäre schön!

Schöne Zeit mit der Familie

Das Haus war herrlich gelegen und hat die notwendige Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung gehabt. Die Strände Mugoni , Lazzaretto und Bombarde sind herrlich und mit dem Auto in ca. 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Uns persönlich hat der Strand Mugoni am besten gefallen, aber an allen Anderen waren wir auch und überall ist Gastronomie vorhanden. Die Stadt Alghero ist wunderschön mit den kleinen Gassen etc., auch für einen Einkaufsbummel nicht schlecht. Die Familie der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Fazit ein rundum gelungener Urlaub im Ferienhaus, den man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter. Wir waren in der größten Ferienwohnung.

Excellent! placé au meilleur endroit de l'île

Nous avions passé un très bon séjour, calme. Des propriétaires sympathique et très accueillant. Nous nous sommes bien reposés dans le jardin et la terrasse spectaculaire. Entouré de végétation. La maison tres confortable avec deux chambres et 2 salles de bain! La ville de Alghero se trouve a 10 min en voiture. Des plages populaires sont a moins de 5 min. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Joli cottage au calme Accolé à la maison des propriétaires, plusieurs logements à louer sur le site À savoir Que la machine à laver est à partager ainsi que le barbecue La climatisation est présente uniquement dans les chambres La terrasse est très agréable et il y'a tout le nécessaire La voiture est indispensable pas de départ à pied possible de la location Les propriétaires sont agréables et de bons conseils Un petit bémol sur une literie pas à notre convenance

A very confortable house is a beautiful location

We stayed for a week in this house and had a very comfortable stay The house has everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, pans etc. Ver appreciated the little welcome gift of some bits of food and a bottle of wine were a lovely touch! Simply decorated, very clean and very welcoming! The outside terrace area is lovely in the evening for a barbecue dinner The property is also very well placed great place to base yourself for a trip around sardinia. very easy to get around. Absolutely loved bombarde beach which is just 5 minutes away (by car) Owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. we'd love to come back again. Would recommend!

The property was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed for self-catering.

The owners were very welcoming and even given us some fresh fruit from the garden and other basics that were very much needed after a long journey. The property was well positioned, just a short drive from some beautiful beaches and the town of Alghero. However, you do need a car to enjoy this property to it's full potential. We really enjoyed using the BBQ and being able to have the freedom to sit in the garden and on the patio. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend it to our friends.
