This delightful flat is located in the heart of Sanremo, close to restaurants, boutiques and all the attractions the city has to offer.
The accommodation has all the necessary comforts (Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Air Conditioning) to make your stay unique and special.
Inside the accommodation there is a double room, a single room, living room with kitchen and sofa bed and a balcony with a view.
This lovely flat is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by lift.
Upon entering we find a spacious living area with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. On the right we have the bathroom complete with bathtub and immediately next to it the double bedroom, inside which we find a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony.
Returning to the living area, near the entrance, we find the single bedroom from which we can access the terrace. Access to the outside area is possible both from the single bedroom and from the kitchen. Outside we find the laundry room which is sheltered inside the veranda.
At your disposal, always in the external area, you will have a dining table that you can use to enjoy the sea view and the beautiful days of Sanremo.
