Sometimes I'll be in the flat but I'll only use my suite. The rest of the flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

With free street parking available, you can easily explore the city and surrounding areas at your own pace.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The building is prepared for people with mobility difficulties.

Explore the charming town of Senhora Da Hora in Portugal, situated just a few minutes from the Sete Bicas and Senhora da Hora stations. This charming town has plenty of attractions to offer, such as the beautiful Paróquia de Nossa Senhora da Hora and the interesting Museu da Indústria. Experience the unique culture and history of this town as you wander around enjoying the sights and sounds of Senhora Da Hora.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
