Off to one side is the dining table with chairs for four and a step up leads you into a stylish kitchen, equipped with all you need to make cooking a breeze. This level is also where the bright shower room is found, boasting a luxurious walk-in, double-head shower. Up the stairs, there are three inviting bedrooms: two king-size and one single.
