LIVING AREA with a sofa bed 160x200x22, Smart TV, with Netflix, Youtube, etc. and a perfect table for eating and working in smart working. A/C will ensure your preferred temperature.

BALCONY equipped with 2 chairs and a table, with a view on Corso Buenos Aires, perfect for chilling with a glass of wine.

The service area is equipped with:
A fully equipped KITCHEN to make you feel at home. Consisting of induction hob, oven, microwave, sink, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

A fully equipped BATHROOM including hairdryer, hygiene items and towels.
