Please report opposite to Morland House (Queens Court) if you are checking in between 15:00 - 17:00.
Check-in times are from 15:00 - 17:00. If your arrival is scheduled for after 17:00, we can arrange for a key collection from a key box.
Upon arrival, please ensure that the primary booker is present and possesses a photo ID. This must be presented in order to check into your apartment.
If you are scheduled to arrive after our check-in times and a key collection is being arranged, you will need to send us a copy of photo ID prior to receiving your check-in instructions.
Check-out is 11:00
Weekend and bank holiday check-in times are between 15:00- 17:00. Please note that weekend and bank holiday check-in times are not flexible. Failure to arrive within the given check-in times, will result to you missing your first night of stay which is non-refundable.
Please ensure you contact Morland House Apartments regarding parking (as spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis). Charges incur for parking at £15 per car per night.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and respect your neighbours. Especially keep loud noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am.

Kindly be aware that the building is situated directly in front of a train line. Throughout your stay, you may experience train noise when trains are in operation.
