Beach Townhouse

Location is excellent as is the parking (2 spaces per unit) directly in front. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.Both bedrooms are nicely decorated. We would have appreciated more dish towels in the kitchen and wash cloths for both bathrooms. Also, a ceiling fan is needed in the second bedroom. The basics had been stocked when we arrived--much appreciated !

Place smelled musty but after we cleaned the floors and counters it went away, saw alot of roaches in the kitchen area and laundry areas. Water pressure was very low and the upstairs shower screams while its in use. Location was perfect short walk to beach areas. Back concrete area is very slippery when its wet 2 people fell in the slippery areas, First two nights were peaceful then the couple next door moved in with 4 kids,, very loud and banging sounds when they were there. All and all its was nice we love Jeckyll Island.

Back to school vaca

Had a great little vaca to Jekyll. I live in savannah and come often, normally getting a hotel. Nice to Hebrews more room and able to cook for 5. Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again

Problems but hosts handled it well

The property was not available when we arrived due to a fire near the property. The hosts booked us a hotel and we were able to attend our wedding etc. It was a bummer that we had to stay in a hotel rather than a condo but I think the hosts did as well as they could and we appreciated it. I gave 5 stars on everything even though we never saw the property, the form wouldn't let me leave the ratings blank.

The location is great. The unit wasn't cleaned. Brenda was friendly, but the check in process was complicated because another guest had been put in our unit while their air conditioner was being fixed. There is peeling paint on the guest bedroom ceiling. The unit could use someTLC re old and shabby furnishings. TaLC re furnit

great location for getting to the beach

Nice place to stay for 4, wouldn't want to sleep on the sofa bed. Furniture and some fixtures need updating but it was clean and easy to get into.

An excellent stay in a family friendly place!

Easy check in, very responsive management and everything we needed. Our stay was comfortable, quiet and close to the prettiest parts of the island. Brenda answered all our questions, and gave us great recommendations on where to eat, she was right! You can't go wrong with the Oceanview Townhomes.

1. I did not read in the description that there is a 10/day island fee.2. Driftwood Beach was awesome!3. The beach was awesome! Not crowded at all! Dogs are allowed and some owners do not pick up their dog's poop.4. The condo is very dated. The furniture is old and the stairs are very steep and narrow. Beds were good. Second bathroom in a strange place, not close to bedrooms.5. All the shops close at 6pm on the island and none of the food we ate was above average.6. Owners charged my deposit when I booked the condo on 1/30/25 and deposit was not returned until 6/7/25 which is 3 weeks after we left the property.Overall we had a good time but will not be back to Jekyll Island.

Great location and place

50 yard access to some of the best beaches on Jekyll! Only one warning on the house, stairs to second floor are steep and one needs to be careful going up and coming down. Overall great stay!

Short Stay on Jekyll.

This property is located right next to the beaches and just a short ride from all the restaurants. It is a nice lay out. The beds was very comfortable. We had a great time. Check in was very easy and communication was also very easy. Would recommend.

Great stay

Our family visits Jekyll about three times a year. Normally we get a hotel, but this time we decided to get a rental. We had a better experience by far at this rental property versus a hotel. The beach was close, the area was quiet and calm. Almost felt like home away from home. We will definitely come back again!
