The Enclave 805 is located in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Enjoy the breathtaking, direct gulf front view of the Gulf of Mexico & the beach. This Condo features nine foot ceilings, three large bedrooms, three large bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the Master Bathroom. In addition, there is a wet bar for your enjoyment. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and also an outdoor grilling area with charcoal grills available.
Master Bedroom features a king size bed with a flat screen TV & direct access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bathroom features a garden tub with jacuzzi, separate shower, double vanity, & a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed & a twin size bed, flat screen TV, the adjoining bath has shower & is shared with access to hallway.
This complex will allow two vehicles per unit, however, parking can be very limited. We recommend that you bring only one vehicle. There have been times that our guests do not have a parking space available. Guest will have to park across the street behind Wal-Mart in the Fairfield Inn parking lot at a fee set by them. Guests can check their fees at www.premiumparking.com/p2657. Guests will have to walk several blocks back to the complex. Parking issues usually occur during the busy months of June and July.
This complex is located within walking distance from a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and grocery stores. It is directly across the road from a Wal-Mart Neighbor Market.

Cleaning crew is not doing an adequate job on this facility. It is an older unit but filthy fishes in cabinets and drawers is a health issue. This was not a slight oversight!!!!!

The unit is very spacious!!!! Plenty of room for a larger family. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Overall great location 😊 Definitely will stay here again 😌

Lovely property

The welcome book needs updating with gate codes, wifi password and parking info. Did not see the parking info on the side of the refrigerator until after my tental vehicle was towed and we had to pay $235 to get it back. Otherwise great condo, awesome location.

Nice condo with several flaws

The condo is nice but everyone needs to be aware you are guaranteed 2 passes for parking but are not guaranteed a parking spot for either pass you receive. They say it’s a first come first serve parking lot and after paying for the condo we still had to pay for additional parking down the street bc the parking lot does not have enough spaces for the condo. It’s an absolute disaster. Several outlets do not work inside the condo but that was manageable. It was a nice condo but the whole parking situation will Keep my family from returning to this condo.
