Located next to a refreshing community pool and surrounded by spacious gardens with a barbecue area, it offers an intimate and relaxing space, ideal for disconnecting. The studio has a cosy double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and a modern bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an air fryer (without oven), so you can prepare your favourite dishes without complications. Additionally, it has a small private garden with outdoor furniture, directly accessible from the studio, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments.

The location is strategic, with excellent road connections that allow you to reach the main destinations of the province in less than an hour. However, due to the topography of the terrain, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Parking is located in an area with a slope and requires downloading an app to open the property gate. Coexistence is respectful and calm: the accommodation is exclusively for adults, pets are not accepted, and guests are asked to maintain order and rest until 00:00 hours.

This accommodation is located just 2 km from the restaurant "Restaurante la Ventilla" and 3 km from Alhaurín el Grande, with nearby supermarkets, golf course and bus station. It is also at an ideal distance to visit beaches such as La Cala de Mijas (17 km), water parks like Aqualand Torremolinos (17 km) and iconic places such as Marbella (33 km) and Málaga (43 km). The area is charming and rural, perfect for those seeking nature and comfort.
