About this property

Modern and beautiful central Billings condo. Billings will never leave you without something to do and you are close to it all in our central location. Walk or bike to your location on our two included beach cruisers! Take a bike tour of downtown, go enjoy some Big Dipper Ice Cream or cruise around Pioneer Park! Enjoy deck views, garage parking, and a beautiful space while your travel. Also included: wifi, security system, roku tv, pull out sofa, 4 comfy robes, basic bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.), washer & dryer, hair dryer, iron, and so much more!
Space-
A modern clean design our space gives you just enough room while being close to it all. Main level bedroom is decorated with a modern boho style and has it's own attached half-bath as well as suitcase storage and two plush robes. The upper level has an open floor plan with attached deck, BBQ, full kitchen and desk area. Also on the upper level is the master bedroom with two more robes so you can kick back and relax. Washer and dryer are also included with everything you need to refresh your suitcase while you stay.
Guest Access-
Full access to the entire house is included in your stay. The house is equipped with a security system, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitors, as well as a full security system which your door code controls.
Guest Interaction-
The house is equipped with a state of the art security system allowing guests access to the entire property during their stay and the ability to come and go as they please without owner interaction. Although we are available 24 hours/day to our guests we also know it's important for you to enjoy your privacy during your stay.
Neighborhood Overview-
Just blocks from downtown and pioneer park you will find plenty to do. Our little neighborhood has many activities to offer such as farmers market downtown each Saturday during the summer months. Some the close venues we enjoy are: The Pub Station, Alberta Bair Theater, Art House Cinema & Pub, The Babcock, and many more. All are walking/biking distance from our home.
Getting Around-
Biking, walking, Uber or driving seems to be the best ways to get around Billings. Public transportation is available on Grand Ave which is very close to our home.

We loved it!

Beautiful, clean home perfect for our family! Tina was easy to work with. We live in rural MT and our kids said they felt like they were in NYC , being able to see the lights of downtown and the cool urban decor/vibe of your home! 😀 Thank you for sharing your home!

Charming Home

Tina was lovely to work with, and her property is sparkling clean, well-organized and well-equipped. We were in Billings for a wedding, and this compact home worked well for our family of four adults. The separation of the bedrooms and bathrooms (on two different floors) gave a sense of spaciousness and privacy. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming and so very comfortable

We were here for a business conference. The place was spotless and nicely appointed. There are stairs to the main living area but they weren’t a problem for any of us.

We love traveling. New food, new friends, new places- together it seems to be the perfect combination to bring a freshness to life and many memories to our photo albums. Some of our favorite trips have been to Banff, Canada and Isla Mujeres, Mexico. In both places we enjoyed renting through Home Away. For whatever reason you are traveling we know you will find our downtown condo fun and exciting.

Why they chose this property

If you are wanting to be right in the middle of it all you have found the perfect spot. Incredibly central and easy to access our home is a great fit for concerts, sporting events, downtown nightlife and everything fun Billings has to offer.

Our quite condo establishment has one connected condo and three others nearby with privacy fence on each side. These fun and modern condos allow you the luxuries of downtown with the added bonus of private parking, private garage and far more space to spread out.

You wont miss out on the downtown nightlife with the added bonus of two beach cruisers for you to explore downtown on.

What makes this property unique

We are so central to donwtown we only thought it was right to include two beach cruisers to explore downtown on. This fun perk allows you much more access while leaving your vehicle parked in the included garage.
