The urbanization has very well-kept gardens with 4 shared swimming pools -two for adults and 2 for the little ones in the house-, where you can cool off when you return from the beach, or spread your towel and enjoy the rays of the sun on the Cádiz coast. Once in the apartment, you will find a spacious terrace where you can sit and enjoy your meals, or perhaps a drink at sunset in the chill-out space. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building without elevator, and offers a space that emanates light and serenity. The living-dining room is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, and everything you need to cook during your holidays. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The 6 guests have 3 bedrooms to rest, all with double beds. The air conditioning in the hallway will make the nights not so warm. You also have 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby. The apartment is located in a quiet area of urbanizations in Chiclana de la Frontera, and just 1.7 km from Playa del Puerco. In the area you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The extensive beach has fine golden sand, sheltered by small cliffs, where you will enjoy the sun and the sea. Apart from being able to visit other nearby beaches, don't forget to walk through the towns of Chiclana and Conil. A visit to Cádiz is a must at any time of the year, as it offers a wide variety of places to visit and great places to try its delicious cuisine. The pools are open from June to September, although please note that: From June 1 to 15 and from September 15 to 30, only one adult pool and one children's pool are open and only on weekends; From June 15 to 30 and from September 1 to 15, only one adult pool and one children's pool are open every day of the week.
