Visit our remodeled 1930 home, which features two bedrooms and one bath. With a cozy detached cottage and bathroom. Traveling with friends or family planning an event. Please visit us in our farmhouse / cottage. Conveniently located right off Highway 12 in the heart off the wine country. The home has original pine beadboard paneling, refinished hardwood floors, updated bathrooms, and sunny country kitchen with feature wall of original rustic siding. Access the private reclaimed patio to the cottage from the Dutch door in the kitchen.

Wonderful home and location

We loved staying at this home as the location is ideal for touring the region. The place was super comfortable, and we loved the lovely backyard. The traffic noise was noticeable but not annoying. I appreciated the well-appointed kitchen; we had everything to make several dinners.

Great Stay!

Cottage is as pictured in listing. Very cute, comfortable, and clean. Road noise is as described by reviews. Elias was very responsive and pro-active. We had a young adult that stayed with us and loved his own space in the extra cottage.

Great little cottage

This was a great little cottage to stay in and explore wine country. It is super close to downtown Sonoma and just a few minutes drive to several wineries. The house is older and has a lot of character. We traveled with 3 people, and each of us was able to have a room. The casita in the back is a lovely place for anyone who wants to have a bit of extra privacy. The house is on basically the main road in Sonoma, so there was some traffic noise, but it was not overly disturbing. We traveled in the off-season in December, so I could see how it might be very loud during peak season. If I were to go back to Sonoma, I would consider requesting this property again.

Excellent getaway

The property was very clean. The beds and linens were excellent. It is on a busy street, and there is noise but it was not a problem. The kitchen is very well equipped- they have thought of everything! The backyard was very nice to hang out and comfortable. The little casita was adorable . It was a great property and I would absolutely stay there again.
