A Note on Expectations:

While we aim to provide a comfortable stay, you may notice the occasional noise disturbance from neighbours and the neighbourhood. Some everyday wear may also be present, consistent with practical living accommodations. Also, the apartment may get slightly warm sometimes, and as an old property, guests may experience lower-than-average water pressure sometimes.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in the heart of Porto, this apartment offers an unbeatable location on the city's lively main shopping street, brimming with energy and charm. The pedestrian-friendly avenue is a delightful blend of international brands, local boutiques and inviting restaurants, making it the perfect spot for both locals and visitors to explore.

Nearby, you'll find iconic landmarks such as the stunning Capela das Almas, with its striking blue azulejos depicting the lives of saints, and the historic Café Majestic, a magnificent example of Art Nouveau that takes you back in time to Porto's rich past.

The area is also home to Mercado do Bolhão, a traditional market where you can experience the authentic flavors and products of the region.

With must-see attractions like Livraria Lello, the Clérigos Tower, Avenida dos Aliados, and Porto’s historic city center just a short stroll away, the apartment offers the perfect base to soak up the city’s vibrant history and culture. Plus, it's conveniently located within walking distance to the Trindade metro station, making it easy to explore everything Porto has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
