Deluxe Spacious Split Level Home. Quiet, private and cost atmosphere awaits.
We are located in Coconut Drive, 5 min walk to Skinner Park. 5 min drive to Gulf City and in the middle of everything in the city.
The food scene is just a few minutes walk where you can indulge in various types of cuisine.
The upper level consist of the three bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes a private porch and on suite bathroom and walking closet.
The second level houses the kitchen. Laundry and a small dining area.
The lower level houses the kitchen, laundry and a dining area. For larger families, two queen air mattresses are available as the property can easily accommodate them.
Private parking is available on the property and can comfortably house three cars without enclosing anyone.
There is a hangout area in front the house it’s useable but a work in progress.
