This cottage offers private comfort with a breathtaking view over the Rio Minho. Our guests have access to a private garden, private fence protected pool 9x4,5m; dept 90-220cm) parking. Center 1km, restaurants, bars,shops. Beaches 2km and Moledo 4km. Excellent point to explore the north !Viana do Castelo, Braga, Ponte de Lima, National Park of Geres, Porto. Natural kept small beaches along the coast. Hiking trails. Spain Santiago Compostela. The accommodation is divided into two floors: 1st floor: Dining/kitchen, living with 2 sofas, fireplace and TV. Dining table seating up to 6 persons. Doors opening out to a private terrace and garden. Fully fitted kitchen. 1 Bedroom with two single beds one being a pull-out bed. 1 Double bedroom, 1 bathroom offering views over the countryside and garden. Fully equipped terrace. Lower floor: spacious bedroom 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, own entrance, own sunny terrace access to the upper floor only from the outside (see captures). The owners' house is on the same property. Privacy is still given by the distance and the trees. The pool is also used by the owners. However, consideration is given to the guests. A car is recommended as public transport is limited in the area.
