Very close to Hertford Centre which was excellent just a nice stroll. Area around the flat is not the most pleasant and the gym classes start at 7.30 on a Saturday morning with loud pumping music which might not be ideal for some. Unfortunately the exterior was awful - terrace couldn’t be used as the furniture was broken or covered in cobwebs debris bird poop and the area was not swept and overgrown and generally rundown and definitely not useable. The front door was filthy. The main entrance hall and stairs leading to the flat were dirty and not hoovered which made it all very unwelcoming. The interior of the flat was clean and tidy and in a good state. It’s a shame the entrance to the property wasn’t the same as it gives a bad impression.
