TD Casa Piccola Cielo Simple Elegance by the Sea

In the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, directly overlooking the sea, this recently renovated building offers an authentic Mediterranean experience, with a sea view that will accompany you at every moment of the day. You access the house through a characteristic stone staircase, arriving in a bright living area with windows on three sides and a view that fades into the waves. The stainless steel kitchen is essential and modern, while a carved wooden table adds a touch of warmth to the environment. An armchair is positioned in front of the window, ideal for enjoying the scenery while reading a good book. On the same level, there is a small bathroom serving the kitchen and finally a small balcony overlooking the internal alley.

Going upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed positioned in front of the sea-view balcony, allowing you to enjoy a charming view. This room also has a private bathroom with a spacious shower. The room is illuminated by a large motorized skylight, through which you access the panoramic terrace, a privileged spot from which to admire the sea, the breakwaters, and the rooftops of the old town, breathing in the sea breeze and being lulled by the sound of the waves. Just a few steps away, the seafront invites you to stroll among typical restaurants and local shops, while nearby Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and the Grotte di Castellana offer splendid excursions and much more!


(The house is spread over multiple levels, and the stairs, typical of historic homes, may not be suitable for children and people with mobility difficulties.)

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

Late checkout after 13:00 you pay an extra night.
