The villa is conveniently located just a 13-minute walk from Riells Beach in L’Escala, a family-friendly spot known for its fine sand, shallow crystal-clear waters, and safe swimming conditions for children. Along the beach promenade, visitors will find an array of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, water sports, and entertainment options for kids. The area is well-connected, making it easy to explore the scenic Costa Brava or access public transportation for nearby towns and attractions. Inside, the property offers an open kitchen equipped with pots, pans, and basic kitchenware, connecting directly to the outdoor barbecue area. It has two bathrooms—one with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub upstairs—providing flexibility for families or groups. Bed linen is included in the cleaning fee, while towels and other extras such as pool towels, a cot, or high chair can be rented.
