This modern and spacious villa, ideal for large families, accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and a double sofa bed. It offers a comfortable stay with three king-size beds, two single beds (which can be converted into a king), and a private suite with air conditioning. Designed for families, the property does not allow pets or youth groups. The outdoor space includes a large fenced private pool (32 m²), a terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a parasol, and a barbecue setup—perfect for enjoying meals under the sun. Private outdoor parking is available for added convenience. Located just 500 meters from Riells Beach in L’Escala, the villa is a short 5-minute walk from the seafront. The area is rich in amenities, including a nearby port, boat rental facilities, and the yacht club offering sailing and diving experiences. A variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Nature lovers can explore the Montgrí Natural Park, located just 600 meters away, while the historic center of L’Escala is only 2 km from the villa, offering cultural sites and scenic walks. Inside, the villa features a fully equipped separate kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and capsule coffee machine, with direct access to the outdoor area. There are three bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The home is also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothesline.
