Villa Parry offers 6 double rooms, 5 bathrooms and a fantastic private pool, it can accommodate up to 12 people in one of the best spot of this island.

The villa is set as follows:
Ground floor:
Entrance trough a terrace porch.
Large living dining room.
American kitchen well equipped: fridge, freezer, micro waves, dishwasher and oven.
Living place with hi fi.
1 Double bedroom with 2 single beds and AC.
1 Double bedroom with matrimonial bed and AC.
Bathroom.
1 Double bedroom with matrimonial bed, TV, international satellite and complete shower room en suite. Direct access to a furnished terrace with exterior dining place.

First floor:
1 Double bedroom with matrimonial bed, AC, complete bathroom en suite with independent shower and access to a terrace.
Large terrace porch furnished with small exterior living place.

Independent entrance:
1 Double bedroom with matrimonial bed, TV, international satellite, AC and complete bathroom en suite with independent shower. Access to a small terrace.

Neighbourhood and surroundings:
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 3000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels for stay of minimum 2 weeks.

Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 300 to pay upon arrival
