Belvilla by OYO Amfora Miro

This holiday home is in Parc Residencial Empúries region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and has 4 spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a large family or for a group that wants to spend time holidaying on the Spanish Coast.

Only 500 M from the sandy beach, it is located in the middle of Bay of Roses. The places to visit nearby are Aiguamolls Emporda, the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and nature park Cap de Creus.

The home has bedrooms with balcony, there is a covered terrace downstairs with a barbecue. It has a private pool and a double indoor garage.

The nearest airport is the Girona Airport which is at a distance of 45 KM. Town center is 1.5 KM away and the train station is 20 KM away; restaurants, tourist information and river is 1 KM away.

There is a tourist tax of € 0,90 per person for each night and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the cost of € 3 per pet for the stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

The house was spacious and perfectly suited for our family of seven, The kids loved the private pool, and we appreciated the short walk to the beach, The outdoor terrace was fantastic for evening barbecues, Highly recommend visiting the Salvador Dali museum—it's a short drive away!

We stayed at the house for a week in June and overall, we enjoyed our time there. The house has a lot of potential and is beautifully located, surrounded by picturesque landscapes that are perfect for walks and excursions. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the tranquility of the surroundings contributes to a relaxing experience. However, the house was somewhat sparsely equipped. Some basic amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable were missing. Additionally, some of the furniture and furnishings appeared outdated and worn, which detracted from the overall impression of the house. It would be great if some modernizations could be made in the future. Another issue was that the Wi-Fi did not work during our entire stay. Since we needed to do some work, this was quite frustrating. A functioning internet connection is really essential nowadays. Despite these inconveniences, we had a good time and see a lot of potential in this house, especially if some of the mentioned issues are addressed. It is definitely a place with charm and promising possibilities for future guests.

The House is very beautiful and big, the pool is also very nice too swim in or just to cool off. The neighbourhood is very calm and pretty and the sunsets at the beach are very adorable. We really liked the stay over in this house, because our big dogs had much space and we could really relax on this holiday. We were 6 people, but there’s for sure space for 2 more people so it’s very good! We give 4 stars, because the house could need some small touch ups, like for example the grating infront of the main door is hard to open and close. The shower by the pool isn’t working aswell. Overall, even with these small things, we really likes our stay in the house and we look forward to come back!

Die Villa war perfekt für 9 von uns (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder), tolle Anlage und Swimmingpool, nahe am Strand und der Supermarkt des Campingplatzes war überraschend gut. Das nahe gelegene San Pere Pescador war eine 5-minütige Fahrt mit guten Geschäften, Cafés usw. entfernt. Die Klimaanlage war in der gesamten Villa brillant, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass das im Voraus gebuchte Wäschepaket in bar bezahlt und bei der Schlüsselübergabe abgeholt werden sollte. Als wir in der Villa ankamen, mussten wir LYM anrufen, um sie dazu zu bringen, Bettwäsche zu bringen das Haus, was ein paar Stunden gedauert hat. In der heutigen Zeit von Kreditkarten und kontaktlosem Bezahlen war es sehr frustrierend, 180 € in bar bezahlen zu müssen und nicht online oder per Karte über das Telefon zahlbar zu sein. Auch das WiFi war schrecklich . In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass die Villa Platz für bis zu 9 Personen bietet, erwarteten wir einen Router, der mit ein paar angeschlossenen Geräten zurechtkommt. Einer unserer Teilnehmer hatte einen geschäftlichen Videoanruf und musste zu einem anderen Ort radeln, um ein gutes Signal zu erhalten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, aber das Geschirr und Besteck war alt und fleckig oder angeschlagen Die Spülmaschine muss wirklich gründlich gereinigt werden, das meiste Geschirr war mit einem Salzfilm bedeckt und fühlte sich ziemlich schmutzig an, obwohl wir das heißeste Programm zum Betreiben der Spülmaschine verwendeten die Gläser sind zu sehr fleckig zum Reinigen Ein paar lig hts hat nicht funktioniert oder neue Glühbirnen benötigt - vielleicht könnten sie öfter überprüft werden? Der Pool wurde nach 5 Tagen sehr trüb und schmutzig, aber das LYM-Team schickte schnell ein Pool-Wartungsteam vorbei, um ihn zu reinigen, was großartig war. Alles in allem eine gute Villa, könnte aber mit ein paar Verbesserungen so viel besser sein.

Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Decken haben Schäden durch Undichtigkeiten, Duschköpfe hängen um halb sechs, Schimmel in den Bädern, Rost an den Poolmöbeln. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass die Lichter im Pool kurzgeschlossen waren und…. Dass die Klimaanlage in 1 Schlafzimmer so leckte, dass die Decke und die Wand klatschnass waren mit einer fiesen Pfütze auf dem Boden und schmutzigen braunen Streifen auf dem Miur. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Rohre nicht angeschlossen waren. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden, dass dieses Haus mit diesem riesigen Leck überhaupt vermietet werden konnte! Besitzer und Manager geben keine Antwort!!! Nicht mieten.

Das Haus und Schwimmbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Lage. Für Hunde passt sehr gut, darf auch zum Strand. Was hat mir nicht gefallen: das Gartenmöbel zu wenig waren und unbequeme Liegen. Ich empfehle das Haus für 2-3 Familien mit Kinder, passt sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder mit 7-8 Leute zusammen sind, gerne wieder zurück.
