I really had very experience there from day one they didn't send me the exact address of the property even asking them for 4 days before my trip I reached there by taxi just knowing the street name and no door number, host didn't answer the phone I had to wait outside with the kids for 45 mins because they never sent the door number and how will I get the keys, i had to borrow a phone from someone to call them so they can send me the information about where I am staying and how I am getting the keys that should have given to me before my trip not after I reached uk, then they wrote apartment is good for 4 people, one bed was ok but rest of the sleeping place had no pillow no covering no sheet or blanket me and my daughter had to sleep without pillow or anything, so overall very bad experience I will not recommend plus they cut my stay short because they had to do some reapairs so I had to find a another place for one night in rush,
