Built in 1920 as a classic Skagen house, the house has 133 charming square meters filled with history and soul. It is located in the middle of a magnificent landscape on a 10,170 m² nature plot surrounded by dunes, heathland and forest. Only 800 meters from the house you'll find the beach where you can enjoy long walks along the water or take a refreshing dip. Inside you'll find a bright and friendly entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, a cozy kitchen-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor you'll find a landing with a desk and two large bedrooms with views of the beautiful countryside. One of the rooms has a loft that can sleep two people. The cottage is ideal for nature lovers and adventurous souls. For children, the garden is a true paradise with a fun zip line, a large trampoline and climbing trees with nets for hours of outdoor play and adventure. The extensive woodland areas also offer opportunities for play and exploration, while the terraces surrounding the house invite you to relax under the stars. The garden is adorned with apple trees and a cozy vegetable garden. The grounds also feature a charming open barn with a fireplace, perfect for long evenings with cozy conversations and the sound of the sea in the background.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
