The apartment in the Normandy Home Residence that we offer enjoys an exceptional location, allowing easy access to all points of interest on foot.

Apartment details:

A main living area with an open kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, a chest of drawers, and a TV (Molotov, Netflix, Canal+, etc.).

The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge with freezer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (filter and Senseo). Essential cooking condiments are also provided.

The main bedroom (red in the photos) includes a double bed, two bedside tables, direct access to the bathroom (shower, sink, storage, hairdryer), an iron, and a small ironing board.

A second adjoining and bright bedroom, ideal for an independent couple or a adult alone, with a 140x200 double bed, a table, two chairs, a sink, a wardrobe, and an armchair. You’ll also find two coffee makers (filter and Senseo), a kettle, as well as coffee, tea, pods, milk, and sugar.

Parking:
Paid parking is available at Jardins du Casino, though you get 40 minutes free—convenient for unloading the car. Free parking spaces are also available on Jean Mermoz street (to the right of the Normandy Home Residence).
