Property Details:
This 31-square-meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building without elevator access. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) is provided, making it suitable for remote work or video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, and more. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils are included. The apartment also features a combination washer and dryer, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom for convenience.

The mezzanine bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a quality mattress, providing a comfortable sleeping space. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, and bath towels are included for each guest.

The bathroom, accessible through the kitchen, features a bathtub/shower combination, toilet, sink, and towel warmer. Complimentary toiletries such as toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap are provided to start your stay.

The apartment is heated during the winter months, and portable fans are available for warmer weather. Note that there is no air conditioning.

- Please note for reservations valued over €3000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00 PM, subject to availability and advance scheduling.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Damage deposit: €800 (fully refundable, subject to terms).
- Smoking, pets, parties, events, and photoshoots are strictly prohibited.
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, including children and infants.
- The main booker must be at least 25 years old. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
- A noise monitoring device is installed near the entrance to ensure security and a peaceful stay. This device does not monitor sleeping areas or bathrooms.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
