Menhenick is a beautiful two-storey barn conversion offering views over an attractive landscaped courtyard at Loskeyle Farm, near St Tudy.
LIVING
The cottage has a spacious open-plan sitting and dining room with views of the garden. Here you’ll find a wood burner, TV, DVD player, Roberts Radio, books and board games
EATING
The stylish dining kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and contemporary cookware and tableware. A large central island forms a relaxed setting for informal dinners or breakfasts.
SLEEPING
Menhenick has three bedrooms: a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor, and a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom on the first floor. All have comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen.
BATHING
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a WC and a wash basin. The en-suite shower room has a shower, wash basin and WC.
GARDEN
Menhenick has a securely fenced private garden with a paved terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The extensive grounds of Loskeyle also contain an apple orchard.
DOG FRIENDLY
The cottage is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
