The three bedrooms offer versatile accommodation with 2 kingsize beds and one set of bunks.
There are also 2 bathrooms, one as an en-suite to the main bedroom, and the second servicing the second and third bedrooms.
Downstairs can be found an open plan kitchen - diner plus lounge with log burner.
Outside there is a beautiful patio courtyard with garden furniture, plus garden space. On leaving the property, it is just a short 5 minute walk to the village pub, 3 minute walk to the canal wharf, or 2 minutes to the playground (available outside of school hours).
The village of Arddleen is a quiet place on the Welsh border, just 25 minutes from Shrewsbury, 10 minutes from Welshpool and 15 minutes from Oswestry.
