The 90m² apartment features two bedrooms with double beds (1.8x2m), a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The apartment has an outdoor area with seating for 4 to 6 people, a parking space, and a bicycle storage room. During the summer months, the house is largely self-sufficient in its electricity supply via a PV system with battery storage, and the heating is an environmentally friendly liquid gas heating system. Charging an electric car via an 11kW wallbox is possible upon request with the landlord.
