The home features three separate bedrooms, a large open-plan living area with kitchen, and a bright bathroom. Perfect for families or small groups looking for peace and nature.

South- and west-facing terraces invite you to enjoy the sun from morning coffee to evening barbecue. The 1,234 m² plot is ideal for ball games, relaxation, and outdoor living.

The immediate surroundings are quiet, with birdsong and wide views. The former fjord bed gives the landscape a unique, flat, clear character with plenty of sky.

Nearby you can enjoy nature and coastal life: Isefjord and Lammefjord offer fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Cycling and hiking trails wind through the landscape, and birdwatchers find many species.

In just a few minutes’ drive, reach Holbæk and Asnæs with cafés, shops, and cultural offerings. There are also local farm shops and charming harbors for spontaneous outings.
