Spacious 4 bedroom family vacation home, 5 minutes drive from the beach! Large child-friendly luscious garden & sunny terraces. The ultimate place to recharge your battery, even if you decide to work remotely from here. Walking and/or biking distance to dunes, forests, beaches and Oosterschelde. Historical towns such as Zierikzee, Middelburg, Domburg and Brouwershaven nearby. Young or old, sun or rain, you'll never be bored here. A cosy home away from home! During summer season we require a 2-WEEK MINIMUM stay and CHECK-IN in on SATURDAY ONLY.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The waste containers are emptied according to a schedule, which we will share. During your stay, we might ask your cooperation by putting one of the containers out on the street if it needs emptying.
Leave house "broom clean". Empty all trashcans and deposit in trash grey container outside. Take recyclables (paper, glass, deposit items, etc) to public containers and supermarket intake machines.
Close windows and lock doors. Close sunshades and place garden cushions back in the large box on the terrace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
