Spring Break 2024

Easy check in and check out. House was clean with plenty of towels, dishes and utensils. Parking space was nice, a little challenge to get in and out of driveway. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay here. A great value, and walking distance to a wide range of dining and shopping options. Neighborhood was nice and clean and felt very safe. We would stay here again. Close to freeways, a fairly easy drive to so much that LA has to offer without the crushing traffic and other issues.

Great property, great location

The driveway was a challenge 😁, but this is a great place and walkable to shops, restaurants, and grocery. Loved it and will definitely stay here again.

The lovely blue home

The home is cozy for the family . I loved The natural lighting and decor. My husband and kids were extremely satisfied with our stay. If we are ever back in the area we do hope to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Large living room, eat-in kitchen, and workspace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and blackout shades, and the second bedroom has bunk beds plus a pull-out sofa bed and blackout shades. There's a bathroom with a bathtub between the two bedrooms. The set-up is perfect for a family with young children and also works well for couples traveling alone or with friends and/or pets. The house is a great option for family members visiting local relatives, but wanting their own space. Parents visiting students at Glendale Community College, Occidental College, ArtCenter, and Pasadena Community College should also consider the rental.

Newly landscaped with a grassy, fenced yard, mature trees, and mountain views. Walk out the front gate, just a block to the charming shopping park for breakfast (Rest, Etc Gourmet, the Black Cow), craft beer (Elbow Room), fine wines (The Wine Cave), cocktails (Basin 141), ice cream (Paradis), coffee (Starbucks, Coffee Bean), lunch (Gio's, Cest la Vie), groceries (Trader Joe's), dinner (Casa Cordoba, John Sparr Tavern, Town, Joselito's, Zeke's BBQ).
