The property is just 3 miles from Port Talbot, a lively town with a wide stretch of golden sand, perfect for warm and sunny summer days. The entire area is an outdoor lover’s paradise, with an abundance of options for hiking and biking nearby. Discover Margam Country Park (7.5 miles), the Gnoll Estate (4.5 miles), and the picturesque Longford Waterfall (5.5 miles). Afon Forest Park, around 5 miles away, is a hotspot for mountain bikers, offering seven trails suitable for riders of all abilities. History enthusiasts can visit the South Wales Miners' Museum (5.5 miles) or explore the eclectic city of Swansea (9 miles).
