When the sun’s out, head straight to Southsea common or chillout in the secluded courtyard garden for those summer beers, bbq and good vibes.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

No parties or large groups allowed.
