Newly renovated two-storey villa for up to 6 guests, located in a modern residence with a large swimming pool and private garden. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine, a living room and a separate kitchen equipped with a microwave. Air conditioning is available for an additional weekly fee. An uncovered parking space is also included. Excellent location in Porto Santa Margherita, just 417 meters from the beach and 116 meters from the town center.

°The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions.
