A lovely comfortable townhouse of 71 sq meters in a great town. All amenities, 5 minute walk to the swimming pool, beach nearby, just 15 minutes by car or catch the bus, hike or cycle and cool down with a swim aswell as a roof terrace to have breakfast lunch or dinner, take in the views and relax, you will have a very comfortable, enjoyable and welcoming stay. Children and dogs welcome. Cot on request for babies. 1 dog welcome.
50 minutes from Malaga airport, Cordoba and Granada. Close to all hotspot and very touristic cities and coastal regions,
1 hour 30 minutes from Marbella, 40 minutes to Antequera and Santa Ana train station, 20 minutes to Lucena bus station and hypermarket.
All in all a great, popular location and comfortable quiet townhouse with public free parking nearby.
Bicycle for hire at 10 euros per day on request.

I chose the town for the house but the town is great and pretty, has everything there or nearby.
I enjoy preparing my house for guests, the swimming pool, beach and some keep fit and hope you will too.

What makes this property unique

My house stands out because it is one of a kind. There is no other house there that looks like mine. Especially from the outside.
It has a roof terrace with great views too
The house is a good size and has a nice layout throughout. Some stairs but not too many and very safe too.
Mi casa es unique porque no hay otra igual en el pueblo. Y tiene una terraza con vistas muy bonitas y un sotano bonito tambien.
La casa es muy bien cuidado por su edad tambien.
Esta muy bien situado tambien, una hora de Malaga y el aeropuerto, una hora de Cordoba, Granada y una hora y media de Marbella, 2 horas de Gibralter tambien y Almeria.
Mi casa es perfecto por alguien quien viaje mucho o trabajas en otras ciudades cerca, tambien por parejas, families de 4 o una persona tambien y amigos responsables.
