Fully air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment situated in the popular Ocean Village resort in Gibraltar. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre, plenty of bars & restaurants and public transport. 15 mins walk from airport.

The apartment is situated on a medium/high floor in Majestic Ocean Plaza with south-facing views. In the resort the guests have access to a private pool complex with 7 pools, Jacuzzis and more.

The open plan living area includes a fully fitted kitchen with Ninja Air Fryer, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, kettle and toaster. Lounge area has 2 & 3 seater settees and a dining table and 4 chairs.

The bathroom boasts a separate shower and full size bath, a heated towel rail, underfloor heating and toilet.

Other things to note: If you would like to use the pool area during your stay you will need to register, have your fingerprints scanned and a photographic access card created. This needs to be done at the security office in the pool area. There is a non-refundable admin charge of £10 per person over 12 for this service. You will need to take with you a copy of your passport and booking confirmation showing the names of all the people staying in the apartment.

Originally from the UK, we moved to Gibraltar in 2007 when work dictated. We bought this property as our main home in 2012 but moved to another apartment in 2016 when we had children! We mainly do long term rentals in this property but are trying short term while the sun is shining.
