We had hoped to get married at the resort and called several times with no reply so we got married elsewhere. During our stay we went on a snorkeling trip to Cozumel after the events team told us about this great opportunity that turned out to be anything but what was promised, ee were under the impression that the trip included an open bar and lunch. The open bar was beer and 4 5-gallon water cans and cold sandwiches. We attended a time share presentation and declined the first seller after looking at the reviews on the internet and then the second person came and he was totally rude and obnoxious. Overall the resort is beautiful and most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly but the resort has gotten too large and the prices have reached the sky.
