This home is within easy access to Acadia National Park with hiking trails and over 50 miles of carriage roads for biking. If you prefer, utilize the Island Explorer, a free eco-friendly bus shuttle service which is within walking distance to explore the village of Bar Harbor. There is also a nice 15 walk to the bay just 100 ft from my home and a pebble beach at low tide. Brewery with restaurant just 1 min away and a wonderful bakery with sandwiches, and a market.
There is a fresh water lake with sand beach about 3 miles away and lots of shopping to do on those rainy days or sit and relax and do nothing. We also have Kebo Valley Golf Course with a full pro shop and clubhouse restaurant on the Island.

About Diane Vreeland/ Carol Null
I am a traveler and adventurer. I have visited and stayed in almost all of Central America. I have done outreach programs in some of them. I moved here from Kennebunkport Maine after selling because my daughter lives here after graduating from COA and teaching now. I am involved in the community and love the seasons except winter. I have been very fortunate to have had the tenants that have stayed in my home. Some have come back for 5 years now. I am easy to get along with and go out of my way to help some. I know how important vacations are for families.
Why Diane Vreeland/ Carol Null chose Town Hill
I love living on the Indian Point Road just 13 minutes to the center of town. I don't like crowds and this fits the spot for me. It is like country and quieter but so close to things. People love to bike this road and I love to walk my daughter's dog to the bay. I love to garden and proud to have these values and there is a farmer's market on Fridays just a few minute from my home. A country store that has everything along with ice cream. My tenants find it very clean and comfortable and have a good time.
What makes this House unique
I choose this property to build my home on because it was away from the crowds but easy to access all the other villages on the Island. I had room for a garden and enjoy landscaping.
