The Homestead at Benchmark is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom farm house with an additional loft above the barn(no plumbing), set on five acres in the heart of the Black Hills. Do request garage apartment as it is additional fee.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the beautiful Back Hills at this spacious house surrounded by pines, aspens and wildlife. The house is located, just five miles from Nemo,15 min from Deadwood, 30 min from Rapid City or Sturgis, 20min form Lead/Deadwood, 30 miles from Hill City, 40 miles from Custer, 35 miles from Mt Rushmore, 95 miles from Devils Tower, 90 miles from the Badlands. ATV, fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowmobile and hiking trails are only a 5 min away. The spacious barn provides plenty of indoor parking for your toys!

Such a great getaway!

The house was beautiful and clean with room for 2 families of 4. The hot tub was amazing and tucked away right into the woods. We weren’t far from restaurants/attractions if we wanted to get out and about, but far enough to feel like we got a real escape. Thank you for sharing your happy place!

Great place to stay

We stayed with a group of friends and family to ride 4wheeler and side by side. It was a great place to ride out of with plenty of trailer parking, house was great and had all of the accomidations we were looking for and then some! A big plus was how great the communication was with the host

Annual side x side trip

Plenty of parking for our trailers and machines. The extra garage is a bonus. Deer in the mornings, turkeys passed through each evening. The home was nice. All bedrooms are upstairs. A full bath upstairs, half bath on main level, 2nd full bath on lower level, not an issue for our group, however if you have someone who doesn't do steps well, be aware. All in all a very nice property, the deck was very comfortable to watch wildlife in the evenings!

UTV/dirt bike trail ride weekend

Beautiful property with great trail access. Lots of room in the house for our group of 3 families. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again.
