Lovely 1 BR home with large Living Room, with various chairs, desk, 2 Sofas, one of which is a Queen Sleeper. Large Kitchen with full range and oven, microwave, lots of great pots and pans and kitchen gadgets for cooking. The bedroom has a very comfy, firm, King Bed, with Four pillows, and great bedding and towels all supplied, along with Shampoo, Creme Rinse, Soap, and even and extra new Toothbrush if needed along with Toothpaste

Direct TV W Premium package, 300 channels incl most movie HBO, MAX, Showtime, TMC, TCM, Starz , all sorts of sports and news channels

Very comfy medium/firm King Bed, laundry room w washer and front load dryer is adjacent to kitchen door 30 feet

We are situated on a small 5.7 acre ranchette, we have an organic farming section seasonal, and fresh herbs currently this fall and again as summer arrives which include basil and mint just outside our Casita #4, which is what we call this great little house. You may clip fresh herbs for your pasta and enjoy.

We have a large pool and deck area, with a bbq area and tables and chairs. There is also a new bbq on front porch and some seating there too, as well as by the pool

This home has a fenced rear yard, however we do not like to have pets, so that our home remains dander free and clean for our future guests.

TV is a nice new 55” smart tv

If you need a tv for master br, please ask and we can get digital HD stations there too or Directv receiver with all the free movie channels and will be happy to accommodate our medium and longer term guests, usually have a tv in the Br too!

Perfect getaway location

The casita was located on the fringe of Tuscan in the beautiful desert hills just outside of Saguaro NP East. A private spot but still close to the hullabaloo of Tuscan. Check in and check out was a breeze. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions and needs and took time to answer questions we had about the Tuscan area. The kitchen was sufficient to handle the many times we ate in and the gas grill on the patio was an added bonus. The casita was comfortable and plenty spacious for two people. We were sad to leave and hope to be back next year.

More like casa than casita

More spacious than I expected. Pleasant, nicely furnished, clean one-bedroom house in complex with five other buildings in desert setting around a nice pool. Large living room and bedroom, real kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Friendly, helpful host and yard man. Good location in quiet area just east of city. Definitely recommend.

I enjoy all sports, especially skiing. Mt Lemmon is just a 45 min drive to the top and we have skiing at 9,000 ft elevation. I used to be a ski patrol there in the late 70's / early 1980's.

I enjoy good red wine and have a nice cellar to work through! I also enjoy IPA beer, and like to have fun in general. Now i enjoy a lot of history channels, and especially everything on Turner Classic Movies.

We recently began listing this property on VRBO / Homeway and have 5 years of 5 star reviews on other sites like airbnb. This is a great little enclave so close to all shopping and restaurants, just a couple minutes away; yet we have tranquility and privacy in our little ranchette of Tanque Verde Road, and Houghton Road

What makes this property unique

Great area for biking, hiking at Redington and Sabino Canyon, and other areas are very close. 10 minute drive to Tanque Verde Guest Ranch just a little further east, where they have horseback riding and great steak dinners out by a campfire or in their dining room, along w great brunches and meals. We are close in yet feels far removed !
