About this property

Custom Mid Century Modern home built in the 1970's. Original details are preserved. Enjoy a moderate hike to Vernooy kill falls. The house is set at a high elevation and offers views of the Catskill mountains.
Sundown is also centrally located to Lake Minnewaska, Stone Ridge, Rosendale, Ashokan Reservoir, Woodstock and New Paltz.
It is on a private community road.
Hard copies of local restaurant menus are in the living room. It is not far from
Gabby's, Paper Mill, and Mill and Main, and Rough Cuts, popular destinations for dining.
There is no fee for access to the Sundown wild forest, which is within walking distance. Wifi is available throughout the home.

Great house

Nice place. Be prepared with your own groceries as delivery is limited. Great DVD collection also. Did my to protect valuables by moving to protected location to avoid breakage.
