Grad if you're only a couple

Nice home, wonderful bedroom, nice Kitchen, large living room, good location. Unfortunately we we booked for three, and the sofa bed is really bad: the mattress didn't look very clean and it was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel very spring. An absolute no go for the price. If I were the owner I'd replace the sofa ASAP.

As described and very clean - outdoor space not optimal

Place was exactly as described/pictured and very clean. Interior is really nice, but the weather was gorgeous and we wanted to sit outside as much as possible. The "patio" is tiny (maybe 4’ x 10’?) and shared with the cottage whose door is right next to this one so if you are outside and they are outside, you are right outside of each others’ door and you are together. And the people in the next door unit got there before us and had laid claim to the one table and two chairs. Aside from the tiny deck, there isn’t really anywhere else to sit outside. Great location: quiet little enclave behind a gate. It’s behind Anna’s store (the air outside smells like pork cooking) and A&M bike rentals. Probably the store’s large air conditioning unit(?) close by hums loudly most of the time. There are two hot tubs very close to this unit so you would probably hear people if they are in them esp. at night. We are cook-at-home people and the kitchen had everything we needed incl. coffee maker, toaster, great ice maker. Fausto’s on Fleming St. was the closest/best grocery store within walking distance. The unit had nice extras: fan, safe, extra blankets, pillows, iron, ironing board, beach towels. Great place for the price. Read a lot about parking and how difficult it is. We had no problem scoring a close by free spot on South St. twice around 4:30 ish on weekdays. As we are outside people, I would not rent here again. But that is our personal preference, nothing wrong with the property.

Hidden paradise

Its off the beaten path tucked away in a shade of tropical plants.nice place to have your morning coffee and plenty of room for us 3 to be very comfortable

Comfy as Home

We were pleasantly surprised with the cottage. We weren't sure what to expect. it was perfect for the two of us. Location was perfect. The cottage was very clean with all the amenities we needed. love that the cottage was in its own court yard. Very private Cozy very homey. this was one of our better vacations. Thank you
