Another wonderful Stay

We have been fortunate to have been able to rent this beautiful property for the last 5 or so years in very desirable Pelican Preserve, a top rated 55 and over community. Every year Gary (the owner) makes upgrades to his house which was nice to begin with. We love the people at Pelican Preserve as well as the vast array of amenities. The owner, his wife, and Gary’s sister who lives close by have been great to us.

It just keeps getting better

This is our fourth year renting this property and each year the owner makes improvements that enhance our experience. The owners have been great to us from the start. We were allowed to stay an extra day this year so we wouldn’t have to drive through severe storms in our travel back home. We not only enjoy the many amenities at Pelican Preserve but all the nice appointments we get with this house. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, sofas, and chairs plus two large TV’s and a large lanai. The owner is easy to deal with and his sister, who lives in a nearby house, is terrific. We know we were lucky to find this wonderful property.

Still Wonderful in spite of Coronavirus

This was our third stay at this beautiful home in Pelican Preserve. We had to adjust our dates due to the coronavirus risks as we waited to get our vaccine shots. The owner worked with us and was very understanding and accommodating.. We had a terrific time spending more time walking along the nature path and relaxing in the lanai rather than utilizing the vast array of amenities offered at Pelican. The owner's sister lives nearby and is always available to handle any issues with the house. She is great as is this single family house. Thank you to her for her hospitality and to the owners for letting us come back for a third year.

Still Wonderful in spite of Coronavirus

This was our second season at this beautiful home. The owner made some nice updates to make it even better than before. It is well located about a mile away from the Town Center which makes for a nice walk which we do daily. The owner (Gary) is terrific as is his sister who lives a few houses away. If you want a house that is clean, comfortable with large lanai, gas grill, wide screen TV, printer, Keurig coffee maker and so much more, this is the place for you.

Beautiful Property

We just completed our stay of two months at this single family house and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully furnished with two comfortable beds and a den that can be used as an office or reading room. There is a printer that the owner provides available to use. The kitchen is well stocked and had a Keurig machine for us coffee lovers. We spent a lot of time on the oversized lanai that has both shaded and sunny sitting. We had many of our meals out there and the gas grill that Owner provides worked great. You will love watching the sunsets from the lounge chairs. If you like watching TV, you can watch it out on the lanai or on the huge hi def TV in the living room. The house is well located and within a 20 minute walk to the Town Center. Owner is very accommodating and has two sisters living at Pelican who were happy to provide information about Pelican or use of appliances in the house. If you find this house available for rent, grab it right away because if you wait, it will be gone. Thank you Gary for your hospitality.
