Why Zandra chose Tobin Hill
We love the location of this property! When we walked in we couldn't stop thinking about how much charm it had and the location cant be beaten. The 100 year old floors and fireplace, we found the original deed from nearly 100 years ago. We love the neighbors and the neighborhood.

very nice place
Very homie place to stay away from home! Very private and clean, and the decor is so cute, only thing I would say is, a note to bring extra toilet paper, and paper towels, and garbage bags for extended stay:) but that's it😃
Casa Bonita the perfect fit
Visiting San Antonio for the first time to watch BMT grad and Casa Bonita had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is conveniently located to downtown and minutes from Lackland AFB, in a quiet, transitional neighborhood with loads of charm. Fully furnished and contemporary finishes. Super clean. Just perfect.
Thank you Cindy! We hope we will get to host you again soon!
Served it's purpose
Overall home was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the freedom of relaxing more than we would at a hotel. Communication response was slow. Parking was a little tight but home very close to lots of attractions that we enjoyed.
5 Days in San Antonio
I booked this rental through Homeaway. It was really easy and the owner was very easy to get ahold of for any questions. We arrived 2 hours early and our rental was being cleaned so we walked to a local restaurant called Armadillo (food is great). Came back and waited for about 5 minutes for them to finish. The place was fairly clean, just a few hairs in the bathroom and 1 large dark hair on the bedding. Overall I enjoyed our stay! Almost everything to see is within walking distance of the rental. Which saved us alot of money! I would definitely recommend this place!
Experience San Antonio!
Central to everything! Walking distance to the Pearl Brewery, minutes from the San Antonio ZOO, Riverwalk, and Alamo! The Market is within minutes, along with Are museums and Excellent Dining and night life.
Pearl, located north of downtown San Antonio, provides a unique experience as a top culinary and cultural destination. The mixed-use space features retail, dining, picturesque green spaces, paseos riverside amphitheater, and the third campus of The Culinary Institute of America. As a former brewery operating from 1883 to 2001, Pearl reflects a vivid past while embracing the future with LEED-certified complexes mixed with historic architecture.
Pearl Weekend Market, a true representation of our South Texas growing ranching and artisanal food community, features a producer-only Farmers Market on Saturday followed by a Sunday market with a bigger emphasis on artisanal and prepared foods. All 45+ vendors are located within a 150-mile-radius, selling produce, meat, eggs, baked goods, locally produced cheeses, olive oils, and a diverse selection of prepared foods and treats. Come meet your local food producers!
